"pretty nice", it's generally a pretty nice pair of scissors, quality wise i like it and for the price i got it at....3 dollars, i'd say it was well worth the price.... the flathead at the base of the handles are way too thick though since it doesn't seem to fit most of the screws i have around the house, otherwise....i like it...
