"Love the Product" I have always loved Corelle products. I had other dinnerware products made of stoneware and decided to go back to Corelle. I will never go back to another product again. Corelle is a very durable product. Amazon made shopping for the new dinnerware easy and very convenient. We did have one plate broken in the set but the return system is a breeze. "loved item" I purchased these dishes for my son (Urban black) and they arrived quickly and nothing was broken as previous comments made. They are very stylish and will go with any decor. This was cheaper and a more conveinent way to purchase and I apppreciate Amazon.com "Love my Correlle" I just love my new Correlle. The mugs are the perfect size for the morning coffee and the plates and bowls are beautiful. I am going to get another set as soon as I can. "Very happy with this item!" Fantastic dinner set. I actually like the mugs that are included. Even tho they are aren't correlle material they have a nice shape and go with the set well! It's great to find a dinner set with the red on it. Very hard to find and as soon as I can I'm going to buy another set so I have plenty to go around. :) "Great everyday set of dishes" This set was nice for an everyday set of dishes. I ordred the black rimmed set and the red. Odd thing was the black set came with all black cups and the red set came with white with a line of red trim on the brim of the cup. Looked ok but red cups would have looked cooler or the white with black trim. Not a big thing though- still nice sets of dishes for the price.

What our customer's say! "Corelle Dinnerware", The dinnerware itself is great. It is a fun set and is wearing well with my children. Unfortunately, one of the sets that I ordered was very poorly packed and I could hear the shattered pieces moving around in the box before I opened it. I was amazed to see that it was the plates that were shattered and not the mugs. I did not expect this after reading other reviews about shipping of Corelle. It is a wonderful product but you will take your chances with the packing and shipping. "Beautiful Urban Black Corelle set", We liked the simple but chic look of this set. They arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I swear by Corelle, so this was an excellent purchase. While the mugs are stoneware, and don't get as much use as the plates and bowls, they are still a beautiful set. Would definitely recommend! "Love the Dishes... but not the mugs!!!", I just received 1 of 3 sets of the Corelle Urban Red dishes I've ordered. I absolutely love the dishes.. and they are MADE IN THE U.S.A...WOOOO HOOOO!! But I, like the others have mentioned, am NOT in love with the coffee cups! Stoneware??? and made in China??? ick. I tried to cancel my other 2 sets.. I would rather order the extra plates and bowls seperately...but it's too late to cancel since they are in the "shipping process". I guess returning them is still an option.. just disappointed with the hassle that will entail! "Great Dishes. Not break proof.", I ordered these from Amazon since no local store had this design in stock. When I got them, one of the big plates had broken into many pieces, but all the others including the cups were intact. Corelle is great, they are break resistant in regular home use, but obviously not break proof. "Corelle Purchase", I ordered this red and white corelle set and got just what I wanted. The dinnerware is great looking and very functional. The cups were big and very nice. We have already used them in our camper. Love them. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Gift", This was a shower gift for my grand niece. She said they loved it and are already using the dishes. It was on her bridal registration from Target, and I got it here for almost $20 less than Target. Same identical set! "Quality", I have a 22 month old grandson that drops the Corelle plates and bowls off his highchair onto a ceramic floor constantly and they have never even chipped. They are a must have with children. Corelle dishes are thin, so they stack nicely in the cupboards and the simple design of the Urban Black dinnerware set goes perfect in my black and white kitchen. With so many designs and colors of the dinnerware sets and the excellent quality of Corelle you can't go wrong. "Excellent Dinnerware", Because I had my first set of Corelle for 20 years, I knew what I was getting with this second set. The only difference is that the cups are stoneware with this set, instead of the usual Corelle. Everything arrived in perfect condition. No complaints. "Do not buy this", I bought this thinking it was a nice deal from corelle and amazon both of which seem quite reliable. this set does not match the corelle standards whatsoever. the mugs are not made of the same material as the rest of the set. they do not even match the color of the plates and bowls at all. it looks tacky to say the least...i have returned the package and am awaiting a reimbursement now. do not buy this set. "Just what I wanted.", We have had a mismatched set of Corelle for over 15 years and I thought this would be a nice Christmas present - for both of us - so I ordered two sets. The items are great, we love them. We had a problem with two of the dinner plates having manufacturing defects so Amazon shipped a full new set, we took out what we needed, replaced them with the rejects, and shipped the set back at Amazon's expense. Can't expect better service than that. I would highly recommend both Corelle and Amazon. |
