What our customer's say!

"A must for cooks! ", I am a seasoned cook, having owned restaurants and entertained for years. I searched and searched for a stainless steel pan of high quality and finally found exactly what I was looking for and the price was a bonus. The oneida pan with the vented lid and heat free handle is so versatile and a pleasure to use, and best of all very easy to clean. I just love it.

"Ann", This was one of the top-rated Stainless Steel pans in Cooks Illustrated and was rated good value for the price. It looks great, cooks well, washes up ok. I've used it in the oven, too, and it performs fine.

"Perfect", This pan is exactly what I was looking for. We have 3 parrots and do not use any non-stick cookware for fear of overheating and killing the parrots with toxic fumes. I needed a deep pan to cook for my large family and this pan has proven itself indispensible. It cooks evenly and is easy to clean.

"10" deep saute pan", This pan is sturdy and deep and works great for cooking anything in. I have no problem with sticking if I warm up the pan on low-medium before adding ingredients, if something sticks initially it will eventually release during the cooking process, and add a nice flavor to your food. I also don't cook higher than medium-high heat if I want to keep sticking to a minimum. The colander on the steel part of the lid and pour spouts are handy, and I love the glass top lids. I hand-wash it and it cleans up easily.

Something to note, this pan is the same 10" saute pan that comes with the 7 piece Oneida cookware set, so no need to purchase this separately.

"What a Sautee Pan!", I have been wanting a really good saute pan or large frying pan that would not bend/warp over use and high heat. The reason I purchased this particular one was because it was recommended in "Cook's Illustrated" as a great buy for the low price. Since I hadn't a clue as to which pan to buy I really valued their reviews...after all they tested a bunch of them out before their final decisions. Other saute pans of equal quality were over $100.00. The only down-side to this pan was the fact that you could not put it in an oven over 375 degrees due to the fact that it has a plastic handle. The one I received from Amazon had a couple of tiny dings inside which rather took away the joy of owning a brand new pan...but it wasn't significant enough to warrant returning it. I hope to have a long a fruitful life with this pan. It has a place on top of the stove instead of in the dark cupboard with the rest of my pans!
