"It did the job", From what I can tell ti did a very good job at cleaning my coffee maker. I would buy it again.

"didn't work", I used this product as directed and found that it was a waste of money. It didn't clean the pot or internal parts of the coffee maker that I wanted to clean.

"Not the best product for coffee oil residue", I've used Brewrite coffee pot cleaner on my stainless steal carafe and the residue film just slips off. This product didn't touch it when used as directed. I had to soak the carafe overnight with another dose of the stuff and still had to use a steel wool pad to get it clean. I'm still looking for something like Brewrite! :(

"Coffee pot cleaner.", I have used this cleaner in my coffee pot and the cleaner works very well. You have to follow the instructions that are given. This is a very good product and does a very good job. Everyone should us it.
