It is what it claims to be and does the job it needs to do. Over all i am very happy with this clothes dryer: It is very light weight, sturdy, adjustable in height and spread and comes with a plastic sleeve to put in the ground with a cap to keep out the water (much more atractive than a pipe in the ground with a can over it). I strongly recomend that you set the sleeve in concrete as described in the directions, I imagine it would tip over with a heavy wash load on it if you don't.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME WITH A CLOTHESLINE LIKE THIS AND I LOVE IT!!! IT HOLDS ALOT OF CLOTHES. NO MORE POLES AND DROOPY LINES FROM TREE TO TREE. I EVEN GO UNDER IT WITH THE RIDING LAWN MOWER WITH IT UP. REASON FOR 4 STARS ND NOT 5 IS IT HARD TO PUSH UP. IT ALWAYS COMES OUT OF THE GROUND. I LEAVE MINE EXTENDED ALL THE TIME AND NO PROBLEMS.LORRAINE

I am so glad I purchased this item. It does hold an amazing amount of clothes and works perfectly. I like the way it rotates so I am able to stand in one place and hang them all out.

Couldn't be more pleased. It is sturdy, and easy to assemble. Was worried about the capacity, but holds 2 -3 loads just fine! Have been hanging laundry outside for 30+ years, 12 months a year, as the weather here is fairly mild in the winter. This is the best clothes dryer I've owned.

After reading all the reviews, I purchased this clothes dryer. I have been wanting one for a very long time. I followed the instructions for burying in the ground. I gave it a 4 star because it came out of the ground after I had poured the concrete on it
when I used it for the first time. After that little disappointment, I cleverly came up with a plan that would kill 2 birds with one stone. I had wanted a cooking area for my bbq grill to sit on(concrete platform) so I dug out a 6x6 area for that and planted the pole in the same hole that I had originally dug (along with the concrete that was still on the pole) and dug a little deeper around that area and made my platform. I let it set for a week before I used it(giving it time to really dry) and to my surprise when I used it today, it didn't move. Now when I have a cook out, I can just fold up the dryer and it's out of the way and no one knows that I hang my clothes outside. I love how you can stand in one place and the clothes come to you. Despite the extra little work I had to do for it, it was a worth while investment in helping out the planet while the planet helps me dry my clothes.
