"Works great!!", I have owned this steamer for over a year and love it. It is perfect for cleaning bathrooms or any gunky type of gunky mess. Scunci works great in crevices,cracks and small areas that are hard to get clean. You just wipe up the mess with a clean rag or paper towel. I think this would be great for a mom with small kids as it would get all the messes the little ones make out of the high chair cracks, exercise-saucer, food trays, and it only uses water, not chemicals. Just use a separate nozzle for "dirty" jobs (toilet) and "clean" jobs (counters) and it's so easy. Your items are cleaner than clean !

"Not so great as expected!", Thought it would do a great job steaming away dirt and oil film on the kitchen floor. Yes, it did, but require a lot of scrubbing, and the tiny scrub head that it came with is hardly enough to do any substantial cleaning. Only good for small spot cleaning. The container is small and runs out very quickly. The carrying case is flimsy. Its base piece of plastic is pratically in confetti bits when received, which means there is no base for the bag. The bonus sweeper is weak, not even worth the electricity to charge it.
