"Don't waste your money on this machine...", We thought we had bought the ideal coffee maker. What a surprise we got when after 4 months, the coffee reservoir began to leak. Coffee all over the counter with every batch of coffee we made. I did a search on the web and found more complaints of a similar nature with Hamilton Beach only offering the opportunity to purchase a new reservoir, even for systems that are still under warranty. Also, freshly brewed coffee was not brewing hot as it had when it was new. For the money paid, it wasn't worth keeping, so we moved on to the Cuisinart DCC-2000. Do yourselves a favor and stay clear of the Brewstation Deluxe. Buy something better.

"Very Fragile Coffee Maker", I was extremely disappointed in this coffee maker. The first one burned up, apprently from getting too hot when there was little coffee in the caraffe and the reservoir warped allowing coffee grounds to enter the cup. After some considerable haggling with Hamilton Beach, they sent me a new reservoir, only to have the same thing happen to that one within about a month. My several emails to their customer service department after the second experience went unanswered. Convenient, yes, but if there's any chance you'll end up with very little or no coffee in the reservoir during the one hour or so it says heated, don't buy this one.

"coffee maker", This pot is very nice and easy to use.

"Hmmmm......", I expected a bit more from this, especially given the price. It's o.k., the "Flavor" setting makes a decent cup of coffee, albeit after 15 minutes or so, but the burner gets very hot and tends to fry the coffee in the carafe even at the lowest setting of one hour (why can't they make an insulated carafe, that doesn't need a burner?), and the directions say you are to unplug the unit between uses. That means you have to reset the clock, etc. every time you plug it in. The delay set works fine, the fact that you're not pouring from a pot is nice. But overall, after going through seven coffee pots to find the best coffee maker, I go with Consumer Reports and say the the basket-type Black and Decker coffee maker, at about $15, is the best cup of home-made coffee I've had.

"Attention iced coffee lovers!!", This is a terrific coffee maker!! Brews fast and actually brews cold iced coffee! The coffee can be served immediately because it comes out of the coffee maker cold! I've used this everyday since I bought it in June and it works just like it did when it arrived. Easy to clean and maintain. The coffee tastes great! I bought one for my daughter too. It's a great value for the money. Has detailed instructions and is very easy to use. Wouldn't be without it.
