I don't know how this stuff works, but when we add it to our Miele dishwasher - everything comes out sparkling clean...

"Twinkle, twinkle", This rinse aid is fantastic. It is crystal clear and keeps my glassware spotless. Yes, it is expensive, but helps my Miele clean everything to a streak-free shine. This stuff even handles the high temperature wash for "sani" applications. Oh, the company that sells it (Factory Direct) has excellent customer service. They were able to resolve a small problem with my order. I've always used a different brand of rinse aid, but this one is superior, especially on the high temperature setting. I just noticed that the bottle I purchased has the lemon scent and leaves the washer with a pleasant smell after finishing, especially during the turbo dry. Only drawback; it is not available in our local stores. I have to buy it through Amazon.
