I have had this pan for a couple months now and I use it regularly. I will agree with other reviewers that the pan is thin in construction - and is not packed well for shipping (one big dent). The muffin tops that I have made with this pan have quickly become a favorite to all our friends and family.

I would recommend playing with the temperature and bake time to have your muffins come out the way you personally prefer them. I have found in our oven...... any batter that I have used comes out great at 16 minutes on 400 degrees. I regularly bake blueberry, cinnamon, banana and chocolate chip and each come out differently ...... all tasting wonderful. I plan to buy a second pan for myself and possibly have a few under the tree.

"I Love Muffin Tops"
I love the tops of muffins. I throw away the rest and just eat that part. This pan works great once you figure out the appropriate temperature and length of time to cook your muffins. It took me a few rounds to master this. The first time my muffins came out completely black, but yet I never smelt anything burning.

"user error?"
My muffins came out chewy on the bottom, flat, so not a lot of soft stuff on the inside, and not crisp like the top of a fresh-baked muffin. Also, the ring crevasses around the muffin top pan holes can get gunk stuck in them which needs to be cleaned out by hand, which is time-consuming.

I meant to give it fewer stars, but I can't change it for some reason.
