"I feel bad throwing these out." When I wash my hands by the kitchen sink, and wipe them on a Viva towel, I feel bad throwing it out. Often I will take it with me to the dinner table, and use it as a napkin at the table. They really feels more like a really soft towel, than a paper towel. It is great everywhere around the house, and I even use it on windows. I do not know what others are complaining about. These are also extremely strong. You can use them, wring them out, then use them again. I would recommend these to everyone, as they are worth every penny. "Best Paper Towels of All" I think I've tried them all. This is the best paper towel of them all. I won't buy any other. "just touching it sends chills" Very small roll, only 32 sq ft. Also, the feel of the towels is very unnerving- like touching a very dry towel. We now have 32 rolls to use and we cannot even stand to touch it "Too Difficult to Use" Yes, these are soft, but they're also not paper towels you can grab for a quick spill. You need TWO hands to get these off the roll. Its like static/velcro. I hate these, and bought the bulk pack, so I have a ton to still use. Give me the traditional, rougher easy to rip towels anyday. Would not buy again! "Rolls lasts a long time.....great paper towel" I've bought several bulk paper towels, and have found these are my family's favorite. The other rolls would go SO quickly, and not absorb that much. These are very soft (easy to wipe my infant son's face!) and work GREAT on windows and counters. I find I need only one paper towel instead of several of the "papery" ones.

What our customer's say! "They smell funny", These towels have a weird smell, not sure if it's from the cardboard box packaging or not but both me and my fiancee noticed it separately. Also, I'm not convinced of the value of these rolls as the rolls are quite small compared with what you can buy at the supermarket for the same price. Finally, they tear very easily. I don't recommend them. "soft", save time and money by ordering paper towels online. same great product, without wasting time and gas going to the store! "Best paper towels", These are the best paper towels. They do not come apart when you use them and I can clean my whole counter with just a few pieces. I also use them to clean the windows and dust the furniture. Since they are so soft, I sometime even use them as tissues! "Top of class!", Once you use these paper towels, I doubt you could ever go back to a lesser brand. They may be a little more pricey than the store brand, etc., but they actually work! You will use one of these towels to every 4 of the cheaper brand. You can actually use these wet and they won't fall apart...like a regular towel, but one you can toss for those really yucky jobs. I love the soft feel as well. I know using a lot of paper products is not the most enviromentally friendly action, so use the best and use less. If they can figure out how to make an eco friendly version, i.e., recycled paper, etc....that would be a dream! "Soft Like Cloth", These are the softest paper towels that I have ever used; they feel like cloth.Finding these towels for me was a Godsend because I have to wash my hands 25-30 times a day and at work Bounty towels used to leave my hands feeling scratched and dry, but not Viva. They are also very absorbent and as someone has pointed out, they can be used as dinner napkins. The downsides are a little more expense and they do leave fibrous strands on glass. For cleaning surfaces, Bounty and Kirkland are probably better because of their abrasive effect. Get the 6" cut of Viva so that you will waste less.
