Others say...

"OK till it stopped working"
It worked fine for a couple of months. Then it stopped. It makes a clicking noise when activated, but, alas, no water.

"good idea, poor implementation"
product is cheaply manufactured, flimsy, weak, leaks very easily; but when u get it to work right (it is possible with some creativity), it is handy and useful.

"Money saver"
This product is a great money saver. It is also great a keeping the spread of germs. I was dishes a lot so I would usually use a lot of water. I am using half the water that I did before. with having this product you can wash your hand and keep them clean no more touch the dirty handle and spreading more germs. This product pays for itself, I will be purchasing more of these for the rest of the house. It was also very easy to install, it was a no brainier. easy to use, easy to install, keeps the spread of germs down, and saves me money need I say. So go out and buy one to see it for yourself.

"Works great and save a lot!"
My EZ Faucet works great. It has been installed for more than a year. I believe I saved 30% on my water bill.

"Faulty Faucet"
We purchased a few of these for use in our lab here in Ann Arbor. They worked fantastic for a few weeks, but then they began to fail one by one until we lost use of all 3 of them. It is a great idea and very affordable, but their short lifespan made this purchase a waste of money. Do not buy this product until they improve the longevity. If and when they do, I will buy them.

What our customer's say!

"buying my third one now. it is great when it works!!", 1st one die after 9 months
2nd one die after 6 months

third one a charm?

I simply can't find anything else like it. When it works, it just wonderful. The family so used to it... This become running expense of every 6th months...

"Please sell your patent to someone else", I have gone through a few of these. First one never worked. Second one worked fine with only one battery change for one year then died. Current one worked for two weeks and then drained the batteries. New batteries were placed in and were also drained within two weeks (they claim batteries should last 1.5 years). I am trying to exchange the item under warranty but it seems their customer service is intent on trying to convince people otherwise. They need to release their patent rights and allow other companies to improve on their design. This is the only product I know of in this price range, but $50 wasted is too much.

"Not Too Shabby...", I have had my touchless faucet adaptor for a couple months. I purchased it originally with the thought that at least it had a one year warranty on it and I could return it if it didn't work right. I read a lot of negative reviews on it and was concerned that it might not be the best product, but I gave it a shot. For the price I would say it lives up to my expectations. It gets a bit quirky sometimes, but for the most part it works well. Compared to the full faucet setups that run in the several hundreds of dollars this is a great alternative for the cheapskate (like myself). There is a lot of negative reviews about it, but overall, I really like mine.

"Simply Doesn't work", I was very surprised to find that both of the units I ordered simply do not work. I mean not even a little. Other than an indicator light on the on/off button, both units are completely inert. This is the first time I ordered something from Aamazon and was disappointed with it.

"Shoddy buggy battery eater", This worked great when I got it-- it does save a lot of water when it works.

But mine has a tendency to occasionally flick itself on and off once quickly when there's nothing in the sink. I came home one day to find it switching the faucet on and off every few seconds-- great.

And when the batteries died the first time after a few weeks, I started to wonder. Then the second set died after another few weeks, and I just had to laugh-- having water is great, but tossing a few dozen batteries to run it is going the wrong way.

I've wired mine up with a DC adapter and a switch plugged into a GFCI outlet, so it's only on when I'm at the sink. It works great, but I don't appreciate having to mod something just to make it work.

Another company needs to get in on this-- EZ-Faucets are not ready for prime time.

Read this reviews before You buy...

"Does not work, try something else.", The first one of these I received did not work at all. The 2nd one worked for 10 days, then stopped activating the flow of water. I checked batteries, and they were fine. I could hear the if sensor activating the valve, but it had no effect. Completely worthless and Amazon says "I am sorry that your replacement shipment was also problematic for the item "iTouchless EZ Faucet PRO Automatic Touch-Free Faucet Adaptor, New Model for Any Sink/Faucet".

As it seems that the problem with this item is more widespread than we originally thought, we are not able to send another replacement.
I hope you will understand our limitations in this regard.

We will investigate and remedy the situation with the item; however, I cannot guarantee when the error may be fixed."

So, I have to wonder why it is still for sale online?

"BEWARE Does not work properly", This is the third incarnation of the EZ Faucet. I had the prior two models each for a little more than a year before they died, so I opted to try this version.
I had to return 2 of these. The sensor has major problems. Even after resetting, there was a delay of 45-60 seconds before any water would come out. Most of the time water did not come out at all and unit had to be reset...where the cycle continued of working immediately after being reset, but then next use, soapy hands with no water.
I would advise you to stay away from this product, and would urge resellers to return their stock or prepare to be inundated with defective units

"EZ Faucet", This is my third faucet. I had ordered this faucet for my elderly mother for Christmas a few years past. The first faucet was an older model and we had quite a few problems with it. With the sink faucet we had, an extra connection was needed. The faucet kept falling off and after fighting with it, I called for help. The rep said the model did have problems and they had since upgraded it. I was able to purchase the upgraded faucet for $35.00. We remodeled our kitchen, and by the time we installed the upgraded faucet, one year had passed. I did have a problem attaching the faucet, as it was constanting leaking. I did (my fault) mess with the connection and decided to just order another one. I received the faucet in no time and was anixous to install it. It did go right on the existing faucet as stated. Sometimes it does drive us crazy , as it seems to have a mind all its own. There are times we have to play with it to get it to turn on. Most of the time, it does what it is suppose to do. I would recommend this faucet, as long as you buy the upgraded version. We really do enjoy the faucet.

"Neat product, but low quality.", It leaks and requires regular tightening as it doesn't seal well with the kitchen faucet. Once it is working you have to be careful not to bump it or else it will start leaking again. When it is working though, it is pretty cool. Saves water and is convenient in the kitchen when your hands are full or dirty.

"great idea, but they just don't last long", I really wanted this to work. The alternative costs hundreds of dollars. I have a day care and sanitation is a high priority. I bought my first one and the sensor never worked, Amazon gladly replaced it and the new one worked for 2 weeks and then that sensor stopped working. My sister has one and had the same problem. her husband takes theres apart and fixes it everytime which I don't have the know how to do. Amazon took back the second one and refunded me, so it was worth the risk. Hopefully the company will fix the glitch and then I will try again.
