"Is not reliable and service sucks"
I'm on my third unit, which I've had for just a few months. It is now broken as well. The unit makes a great cup of coffee when it works - but for the money - it just isn't worth the aggrevation. The first one just started leaking out all of the water in a matter of seconds. The second one leaked and had an electrical explosion. I never plugged it back in. The third one started a slow leak shortly after I got it. Two days ago it would not make a cup of coffee but spewed cold water until it was out. Now it won't even dispense water.

I have shipped two prior units back to Bunn after they shipped me a unit. Now they are asking me to ship this one back and then they will ship me one. This is not what I expect when I buy a high end coffee maker.

"Great coffee & tea but LEAKY!"
This does make a great cup of coffee or tea and I love that you can select how much you want to make and that it does specifically brew tea. I haven't seen any others on the market that make tea. The water heats up in no time at all! My only problem with it is how much it leaks. Sometimes as the water is heating up it leaks into the cup/drip tray but it pretty much always leaks like 2 or 3 ounces after it brews and that can make a mess. My only other complaint is how loud it is but that isn't really that big of a deal for us. It would be a perfect 5 stars if it didn't leak so much but it's a little ridiculous at this price point :-(

This is a cool coffee pot! Hard to find a good selection of pods at the store, but if you can find them (and don't drink an entire pot of coffee each day), then this will be a product for you!

"Mixed results"
Have owned three of these. First two broke ofter about 2 years of moderate use. But liked the quality of the coffee they make to buy another. It leaks when warming up, have to keep a cup on place at all times. Will be calling to see if this can be fixed under the warranty.

"BUNN My Cafe"
I purchased the Bunn My Cafe to replace my Mr Coffee Home Cafe AT13. I only drink 1 cup of coffee each morning so my coffee maker doesn't get much of a workout. The Bunn consistently brews fast and hot and doesn't continue to drip for a minute after it is done brewing. I like that Bunn gives you two pod holders so you can use one for tea and one for coffee. The one thing I did not like about the Bunn was the price. However, I was able to purchase a returned/refurbished model for about half price.
In case anyone is contemplating which single serve coffee maker to purchase, let me tell you about the Mr. Coffee Home Cafe. Within 6 months of purchasing, it leaked water from the reservoir and the unit stopped working. I contacted Mr Coffee which sent out a replacement. Within another 6 months the replacement, which also leaked from the reservoir, also stopped working. I contacted Mr Coffee by email and received no response so I contacted them by phone to speak about my warranty issue. They said the 1 year warranty was from the original purchase date of the 1st unit so it was no longer covered under warranty. I paid $60+ for the Mr. Coffee and only use it to make 1 cup per day so needless to say the unit is not worth spending your money on regardless of whether you are a casual or serious coffee drinker.
