"I'm ordering the whole set", I love this pie dish. It just proved itself capable of handling its first Thanksgiving, and my butter crust came out absolutely perfect in it, light and evenly baked throughout. It looked beautiful against the dish color, as well.

This looks like a plate that might grace the table of an old French farmhouse, passed down through generations, but it can stand up against an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a car trip, and, to my relief, my mother-in-law's heavy, knife wielding hand scraping at it.
