"Grease Can", This turned out to be exactly what I wanted. It holds just a hair more than a quart, so if you store your grease in fruit jars in the fridge, don't fill the can to the top first. the screen is fine enough to catch almost all of the junk but course enough for good flow. The front of the can has a pour spout, and of course it is all stainless steele, no aluminum here. defenately worth the price

"Nice Gadget",
If you enjoy cooking, then you should own this gadget. It is good for recycling oil. Must have if you like to cook.

"Grease keeper", I love this product. It is bigger than I thought which is good because it can hold enough to fry chicken.
