"Bunn Coffe Maker" My husband and I love this coffee maker. I can make the coffee, go get the paper and by the time I get the paper, the coffee is done. Love the speed, flavor and ease of use. LOVE IT! "Bunn GRX_B" Wonderful product. I have used one for 30 years and had to buy a new one. I have purchased this one to replace the old one. "Great coffeemaker" I've had 3 of these in the last 10 years (I don't baby my coffeemakers, and eventually the hard water kills them). I am not the patient type, so I prefer the Bunn because it makes a full pot in 3 mins. I can start the coffee, get the cup and the creamer, and the coffee is ready. I prefer this version over the newer one, as I am not too certain of the swivel lid on the newer ones remaining flat and not breaking. I would recommend that you use the Bunn coffee filters, which are available at most stores. Anything else is probably too short to properly fit the filter container, and you'll get grounds in your coffee pot. I also recommend using a pretty fine grind of coffee. That seems to get the best flavor. "Best Coffee Ever!" Had a Bunn when in college. It was purchased by my parents for me. That Bunn lasted for 9 years, actually still works but the burner light dosent come on anymore so I forget that it is on and cook the coffee. I purchased a mister coffee... and it lasted 4 months. I purchased this bunn model and totally love it. The flavor of the coffee is just so delicious compared to other coffee makers . I will never buy anything other than a Bunn again! "Wish I'd known the details" When I purchased this coffeemaker, I didn't understand that the Bunn kept a hot reservoir of water all the time and had to left plugged in continuously. Seemed an irresponsible use of electricity to me. I offered my friends a free BUNN GRX-B since I wasn't going to use it. They passed on it and it ended up at the Goodwill.

What our customer's say! "The Best coffee maker", I guess I became accustomed to having great coffee, until the warming plate on my Bunn left my 2nd cup cold. I tried cleaning out a Mr. Coffee machine that was in storage. Big mistake. Bitter taste still in my mouth from this morning from the Mr. Coffee machine. Never had a bitter taste from the Bunn. I will just have to see if the Bunn can be repaired, or buy a warming plate, or a new Bunn. When they say read the instructions, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! It is very easy once you understand the proper order of how to do the fastest cup of one of the best cups of coffee you can make! "This thing won't break", I've had one of these for at least 15 years. I always wonder if there is a better coffee maker out there but this thing won't go away. I have had two times when it starts leaking around the bottom. In both cases I took the top off and put a new gasket around the area where the water goes into the stainless tank. Then its good for another 5 or 10 years. This thing is so simple and brews coffee fast at the right temp. What is the point of buying anything else. Best money I ever spent. I had one for about two years and just last month it started tripping GFI breakers and just basically blew up on me. I called Bunn, expecting the usual fight about returns. I was told to pack it up and ship it and they would look at it to see if it was fixable. If not, I would receive a new one. I did have to pay about $13 for shipping but two weeks later I arrived home from work to see a brand new Bunn sitting on my porch! It was that easy!! I so rarely get good, quick service that it shocked me. I didn't even have to send the receipt but I had registered my product when I first got it so they looked it up easy enough. I have had two Bunns, the first I lost in a divorce and the second being the one that was just replaced. It brews great coffee quickly....it is no lie it only takes three minutes. Wonderful product and wonderful no-hassle service...they have a repeat customer in me, for sure! 
Read this reviews before You buy... "This version is great!", I bought my Bunn coffee maker in 1991. It's worked great and has lasted through many moves. It brews a pot of coffee in about 3 mins and the taste is great compared to the other coffee machines out there, which leave you with a bitter tasting cup of coffee. So, if you love your coffee and are tired of waiting for your old machine to finish brewing, get one of these. "An exceptional machine for the small office", I was introduced to this machine at the small office where I work. I appreciated the fact that it brewed a full pot in 3 minutes or less. I since have bought one at home. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a full 5 stars is that it isn't as convenient for small batches as our other machine, yet it takes up a good bit of room. I love the fact that I can make coffee to go with desert for company on a whim. It's ready by the time the cake is cut or the ice cream is melting on the pie. No more 10 minute waits while the non-coffee drinkers are scarfing their desert. That, in my opinion, is its top selling point for home use. "coffee maker mayhem", I didn't know enough about this product before I bought it. For me, it is too tall for my cabinets; cannot be programmed to turn on automatically; must be kept "on" at all times to keep water hot (I still do not understand why); drips quite a bit whenever I put water in; is simply not at all convenient in my opinion. No one in my family likes it. As a coffee maker, I did not find the coffee to be significantly better than the other, much cheaper, models I've used. "Leaks", Have had Bunn's since 1980. Trusted the company, however two Bunns ago, machine rusted out where heating element enters into tank, and my current Bunn, a GRX-B, is also leaking. Bunn use to make a good product, however not as of late. Ready to switch brands! It does, however, make a wonderful pot of coffee. Just get use to the water it leaks on your counter. "Excellant! ", BUNN makes that best coffee maker in the world! This is my third unit over the years and I would not buy another brand and highly recommend it to everyone. When you need Great Coffee FAST, get a BUNN! |
