"Smooth and Easy", Great choice if you drink a lot of coffee, some of the very dark choices can irritate my stomach, but this mellow blend will have you reaching for another cup. Set your Keurig for a smaller cup size if want a more intense coffee.

"Is this the Best K-Cup out there?", I love the K-cup convenience, but I do not think the coffee tastes as good as it should. I have tried about 15 different blends from 5 brands (Tullys, Timothy's etc, and of all that I have tried, the Heifer Hope is the smoothest and best tasting. Everyone at my office agrees. It is not bold or dark roasted, so if that is how you like it, you will be unimpressed with this blend.

"Really, the only coffee", I've tried many different coffees. This is clearly the best. Using the K-cup is neat and results in a great cup of coffee. Not only is it great tasting, it is socially responsible (free trade) and enviromentally friendly (organic)!

"A nice light roast coffee", This coffee is what it promises to be: a light roast. It says so right on the front of the box. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters do a great job of roasting beans appropriately to bring out their regional characteristics. They do not uniformly overroast beans to achieve "bold" flavor. You end up tasting the coffee, not the roast, unlike the result at some of the popular "premium" coffee outlets (e.g., Starbucks). Don't come to this product expecting a dark European or West Coast roast. That said, this light blend offers some decent acidity up front (probably the Central American beans) and a smooth, mellow finish (probably the Sumatran beans) with notes that remind me of chocolate.

Various Keurig machines brew different sized cups of coffee. This K-Cup does well at 5 oz. or 7.25 oz. I wouldn't try to make a bigger cup than that. As a brewing method, the K-Cup might not be as good to bring out all the character of a coffee as French press or auto-drip, but it is convenient and it still beats the pants off the office coffee.

"Not what I expected!", The product descroiption is deceiving "vibrant blend of spicy Guatemalan, full-bodied Sumatran and spirited Mexican coffees" It is not full-bodied. It is a very light coffee- when I read "sumatran" I expect a bold darker flavor. I will use this coffee for when I run out of decaf for my grandparents..... If you like a very light coffee- go for it but if you own a keurig- I would expect you would like to actually taste your coffee.
