"Broken before I opened it...both times!", I normally write off anyone who says "Don't buy this, mine was broken when it arrived!" because for all I know it was bad luck or just a rare, bad item.

However, this time I wish I;d paid more attention. The first one I ordered, the grill was smashed and one of the fans was completely broken off, dangling by wires.

So I sent it back for a replacement.

The replacement arrived today. Guess what? One of the fans had snapped its mounts and was dangling by wires inside the unit. Again.

Maybe, maybe, maybe if I went to a store and picked it off a shelf it might be a fine fan.

However, it just does NOT ship well. It arrived broken twice in a row.

Do yourself a favor and skip it.

"Does Not move air very well", About the only thing I can say good about this fan is it is quiet. It's "High" speed is not even close to most fans low speed. I bought two both act the same way. Stear clear.

"Nice", First fan was broken. Amazon sent another right out and I just printed out a return label online, mailed it and the replacement arrived that same day. The fan is great. Works like a charm. No complaints.

"I love it !", my fan is always on because i smoke in the room; because i measured the size of the window before i purchased this item, the fan fits the window perfectly!!! i can choose either low or high as well- i love it!

"Complete crap, spend the money and buy a better fan.", Bought 3 of these fans, 2 of them arrived broken. The inside motor mounts on both fans were both cracked and the actual fan itself was dangling from the wire inside the fan case. The "feet" that come with the fan to make it stand up are cheap and break easily. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this garbage
