"Good hot plate and great customer service", This hot plate is great, works just as described.
And Waring's service was great. Our hot plate broke at 11.5 months (just before warranty expiry), we mailed it back, and they sent us a brand new one.

"NOT CORDLESS", I purchased this warming tray a year ago and have used it about once a week over the past year. The tray appears to be cordless in its picture and the tray showed up when I searched for "cordless warming tray," but the tray IS NOT CORDLESS. It must be plugged in to stay warm. It remains warm for several minutes after it's unplugged, but not long enough to get through a meal and there's no way to disconnect the cord. In all other respects, it's a good warming tray -- it gets as hot as you could want, and the heating surface is large (the tray is too big to put in the middle of our table though).

"great item!", Very large surface area for large foil pans, was way better than sterno's, which burnt the other trays of food. Easy to store, nice and flat. Worth the money!!!
