ONE THING IN FAVOR OF IT IS THAT IT ISN'T METAL SO YOU CAN USE IT ON NONSTICK SURFACES WITHOUT FEAR OF SCRATCHING - I DID NOTICE IT DOESN'T HAVE THE SAME WEIGHT OR FEEL AS THE METAL WHISKS - I DON'T KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE BUT SOMETIMES THE FEEL OF THE EQUIPMENT I'M USING CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE - ALSO IT DOES NOT SEEM TO BE AS STURDY AS THE METAL ONES - BUT OF COURSE NYLON IS LIGHTER AND PERHAPS THAT'S WHAT GIVES ME THAT IMPRESSION - I GUESS ONLY TIME WILL TELL HOW WELL THIS ITEM WILL HOLD UP .

"Good Price But Flimsy", I bought this instead of the Pampered Chef version. It was much less expensive since Pampered Chef only has their nylon whisk in a package with another nylon spatula. I was a little disappointed to find the spiral part of the whisk is a detachable thin piece of curled plastic. The handle was thinner than Pamp Chef as well. Buy it for function, not quality.
