"Flimsy clock that does not keep time", I accidentally posted the following review for the AB25A model, as the picture associated with that item looks like the clock I have. However, my order history tells me that my clock is an AB-25:

This alarm clock is a terrible piece of junk. I purchased it from Amazon and within a month it stopped keeping accurate time. It lost as much as 30 minutes per day, prompting me to be late for work on more than one occasion. Amazon very graciously replaced the item with the same model. The replacement worked for a while, but within two months, the light that allows one to read the time in the dark stopped working. Another few weeks later the clock started to drift off the accurate time again. This clock is useless. You cannot read it in the dark once light bulb burns out, and even if you could read it, you could not trust the time it shows.

"Disappointed!!", I had used Braun alarm clocks throughout the years and then had a lull. Then I needed to find a couple of alarm clocks again so I ordered a couple of these. I love Braun products but this clock is not as simple as past Braun alarm clocks. The alarm "switch" on the top is not easy to use. I bought 2 of these clocks and can't use them because they all broke. They come with a light too, but I don't really care about that feature. I miss the old square (black) Braun alarm clocks. They were simple to use, dependable, and lastest a long time. I'm willing to pay $35 for an alarm clock, but would not recommend this model.
