And, cooks food evenly without burning or other disasters. Christmas provided that workout and it passed with flying colors. Especially the clean up... nonstick meant just that... and cool handles. The pan evened out the heat from my electric stove top and let me cook without worries. I haven't tried using it inside the oven yet, but expect that to do as well, less the cool handle part of course.
