"Great product -- Highly recommended"
I now have 3 French press products from Planetary Design (2 for home and 1 for work). I can't recommend these thermos/mugs highly enough. They are well constructed, easy to clean and my tea and coffee stay hot for hours. Plus I love the funky colors.

this is the 4th press I've gotten in the last 2 months... and if I ever need to get another, it will be another one of these. Any others I've tried, no matter HOW the press screen/filter was designed, or what material it was made from, I always got a mouthful of grounds about half way through... I really don't think that's possible with this one. In addition to having a fine metal mesh screen material in the press, there's ALSO a fine metal mesh screen in the mouth opening in the lid... so any grounds that DO get past the press (I guess there's no getting around a FEW getting by) are caught before they get in your mouth.
The double-walled insulated stainless steel keeps the coffee hot for longer than any standard "commuter mug" I've ever had. The only (possible) downside is that the base is rather LARGE, so don't expect this to fit into any automotive cup holder. Though it does seem tough to tip it over, and the rubber bottom doesn't slip at all on most surfaces, so if you have a relatively flat level area, you should be OK.

"First French Press Coffee Mug and VERY IMPRESSED"
This is an awesome product. I have seen french presses from Starbucks, etc. but none is more practical then this. You can serve from it, drink straight out of it if you want, and it has all the nice considerations like a netted server for filtering out coffee twice if you pour it into a cup. Excellent product. I'm going to order more for some of my relatives that are also coffee lovers.

Wonderful press that keeps my coffee hot for hours. I have been looking for a small press to take to work so I can have some real coffee and this has been the answer. I would recommend this mug for all traveling coffee lovers.

The delivery was quick also. I have never received anything online so fast.

Press works great, is of good quality and I love that you drink directly out of the press.

When I make the coffee I let the grounds brew for 3 minutes and then I add milk/sugar (and stir) just before depressing the plunger. Then it's ready to go.
