"Nice whisk", I have wanted to get this for a long time, and I'm so excited to finally get to use it. I purchased this especially for when making a roux. I really like it for that purpose, but I will say that cleaning it by hand is kind of a pain, not to mention storing it. I have a lot of kitchen utensils, and they all press against it, so you might want to have a special place to keep this where the whisk-part won't get bent. I would recommend getting a whisk like this, with the silicone balls, instead of metal. They are sturdy, and do a nice job...probably just as good as their metal counterparts, without scratching your pots.
