"My daughter loves!" My daughter loves these. They are so cheesy and convenient. She loves to microwave one when she gets home from school to tie her over until dinner is ready. I will definitely purchase these again. "Worst. Food. Ever." Absolutely disgusting. Does not taste remotely like food. Do not purchase this product under any circumstances. "Must Come To Its Defense" I have to admit that the people who have reviewed this product expect an awful lot from something that can be cooked in its own container in less than a minute. I love macaroni and cheese in any format and while this is not the best I have eaten, I find it to be more than OK. This was purchased using the CONAGRA discount and for its convenience and taste I find it well worth what I paid. Not gourmet by any stretch but still pretty decent. "Disappointed!" I am a huge mac n cheese fan, and can usually eat any brand, but this is the worst macaroni I have ever tasted. I agree with the other customers who said it was too runny. Even if the consistency was good it still has a bad taste. I don't like to waste food, so it was all I could do to eat the entire bowl. I will definitely not be purchasing this product again. "Yuck" Not good at all. My family and i are big mac & cheese fans. We like the other chef boyardee pastas but this was no good. Very little flavor and super runny. Stick with the kraft easy mac. Much tastier and just as quick.

What our customer's say! "Great for what they are!", I agree with the reviews that these Mac & Cheese singles are a bit runny, and maybe even a bit bland. I always add a little seasoned salt to mine, and let them sit for a minute to thicken, and then I love them. I keep a bunch at work for when I don't have time to get something and a protein bar just doesn't sound good. I can't say that they're "healthy" because I'm sure they're as processed as you get, but the calorie-to-protein ratio makes them actually pretty lean and diet-friendly meals (compare them to your favorite protein bar or shake, and I think you'll be surprised). "Not so bad for canned mac that can cook in one minute", I do not think that this canned macaroni and cheese that can be prepared in the microwave in one minute, tastes as bad as most of the other tasters of it feel. It is convenient for taking to work, a quick meal, etc. If you sprinkle on a bit of grated cheese on top of it and stir it in, after cooking this in the microwave, the cheese will thicken and the macaroni and cheese micro entree will taste tremendously better. "Poor taste", I can see why I got such a good deal on this stuff. The ole Chef needs to stick to what he knows best...tomato sauce! We have 5 kids altogether and not one of them will eat this mac n cheese because the taste is so bad. I tried it myself and could only stomach about 2 bites...it has a bad metallic taste to it. "TRy another brand", My son will not eat this product at all. I would suggest trying another brand. "sharper is better", The macaroni & cheeze are good but I would prefer a sharper type of cheeze for the mixture. Present mixture seems bland to me. 
Read this reviews before You buy... "We liked it", Hmmm, well it wasn't the greatest mac n' cheese ever, but my family likes it. I would buy it again. "Blah", My two year old normally loves mac n cheese, but she won't touch this stuff. After tasting it for myself, I can see why, bland, tastless and way too runny. I won't buy this again. "Too runny", While the texture was fine with the macaroni the consistency was way too runny. The cheese sauce wasn't thick at all which made it messy for the kids to eat. They weren't very fond of the taste of the cheese sauce either. Tasted bland and not cheesy enough. I will not be getting this product again. "I would NEVER buy this again!", Normally my kids will eat any kind of macaroni and cheese but this is the worst any of us have tasted. It is just lacking in flavor and my kids won't eat it, so it was no bargain for me. "not the item that was pictured - sent me wrong stuff", I specifally went to this web site to order the original chef boyardee macaroni and cheese mini-bites. I was sent the "new" instead. It is not what I ordered. Very unhappy!!!!!! |
