"OK but cheaper options and not enough pieces"
There were not enough linking pieces to get the 15 pairs of storage I only got 13 and the bottom is not connected...I may end up tieing string to hold it together. It take about 2 plus hours to assemble like others are saying. I really just wanted the flexability of design within a limited space. I did find a simular item at a B&M store (red bullseye) for $20 last night.

"Well worth the money!"
I love this product! I wear a woman's 8.5 and my shoes fit very nicely in this organizer! The cubbies are plenty big enough. I can fit 3 pair of flip-flops in one cubby! Normal shoes and heels have to be put in heal-to-toe, but also fit more than comfortably in the spaces. And it's excellent storage for purses or whatever else you want to get up off the floor and out of the way!

It does take a little time to put together, but is well worth the time. It's very sturdy and made of durable plastic and metal framing! Plus it's versitle! You get to choose how high/wide you go so you could put it almost anywhere! And as far as shoe storage goes, it's pretty easy on the eyes... it looks organized.

I'm not sure how it got such poor reviews... unless somehow this product comes in multiple sizes... doesn't make much sense.

"An excellent choice"
I typically don't write product reviews, however in this case I have to make an exception, mostly to respond to all of the negative reviews this item unduly received. I nearly did not purchase the organizer after reading the reviews, then figured, at $30 who cares if I hate it, so granted, my expectations weren't high and I was pleasantly surprised. The main reason I purchased the item is that it is really the only choice out there if you want something resistant to outdoor elements. Obviously the similar models made of particle board would not have worked.

I was mindful of what others had said about actual size of the cubbies, and I'm not quite sure what people are talking about as I had a very easy time fitting two mens U.S. size 10 tennis shoes in one box with absolutely no problem. I also loved the ability to configure for a variety of space constraints- I have an odd outdoor nook and was able to maximize its space perfectly by constructing the organizer into a sort of U-shape. Overall, I would say it definitely has one of the largest cubby capacities of any organizer out there, and it's ability to withstand elements make it the obvious choice for outdoor storage of shoes, garden tools, seeds, and what have you.

It wasn't difficult from a structural perspective to assemble, however it did take a bit of time, which I would say was more than worth it in the long run. With that I'll end my tirade- imagine, getting so passionate about something as simple as an organizer! Hope this helps those of you teetering on the brink of indecision...

"Great product"
Great to organize my shoes in the garage, by the door to our house. It's configuration is flexible enough to fit in a tight space.

"WAY TO SMALL for adults!!!"
I purchased 2 of these to organize my closets and what a mistake! First of all, they are a pain to put together. But after assembly I took them upstairs to start organizing my shoes. Big disappointment. The cubbies were way to small for my shoes. I wear a size 7 1/2 which is even below average and my shoes wouldn't fit. My husband's size 12 would have been a joke! So now I'm waiting for my 11 month old daughter to obtain 30 pairs of shoes because that is the only size that would fit into this crappy storage. DO NOT buy this product unless you have a ton of patience and size 5 or under shoes!!!
