"Very convenient!", I love these mini-muffin cups. Baked goods release easily, not least because it's easy to turn the little cups inside-out. I also prefer them over muffin pans because bits of batter don't end up between the cups to burn, stick, etc. I am done with muffin pans (of either size) permanently, and will stick to silicone muffin cups like these.

"Love these!", These worked fabulously. I was a little worried because after I had filled all the muffin cups, I noticed the box said to grease the cups first (which I hadn't done), but the muffins came out beautifully with no sticking at all.

Another reviewer mentioned that her muffins were hard and dry, but I suspect that they were just cooked too long. The mini muffins take a lot less time than full-size muffins - mine took only about 10 minutes at 350. Perfect, moist muffins!

"Need instructions", These should have come with Baking instructions....I used my usual receipe for muffins, and filled the cups as directed,but the muffins turned out horribly dry and hard....naturally, I will figure them out and adjust my receipe, but was disappointed, during the holiday breakfast company.
