"J.A.Henckels Fine Edge Pro 2-piece Santoku Set", I have used this set since Jan.'08 and am very satisfied. I like the thiness of the blades for slicing meat for Jerky. Requires constant re-sharpening with ceramic diamond rod or a few passes on the Furi diamond "Finger" thing. Made in China of German steel, stamped not forged.

"Very satisfied customer", I am very proud of these knives they are very sharp they slide right throw vegetables real easy. The price was excellent. I wanted the Rachael Ray Knives but they were to expensive these are less expensive and a good quality. I will recommend these knives to everyone to buy!
