"GREAT pet hair getter" This little dust buster gets every dog and cat hair off of my microfiber couch! The suction it has is very impressive. The only thing that I found slightly disappointing was that it doesn't get hair off of car upholstery as easily, and puts out a lot of heat, but it is compact and wonderful around the house! "Picks up pet hair GREAT - Definitely recommend" I have two American bulldogs (they have short hair) that shed and it sticks on my couch. I've tried many different brushes and lint removers, but this product truly delivers. In a matter of minutes, my couch was virtually pet hair free. It is extremely powerful; the only thing I don't like is the motor gets pretty hot. "This is a great vacuum." I am very happy with this product. It has very strong suction and is easy to use. My only complaint is that the hose comes out of the vacuum easily and I have to keep re-inserting it. "Works well... cord gets in the way... " Very powerful hand vac that really does it's job getting the hair off of the furniture and curtains... however the cord is a bit of a hassle and gets in my way (even though it's long, I'm a little clumsy). "Best" It's best portable vacuum you can find anywhere!! I tried almost every brands,all are freaky and after while the battery won't work anymore,and the price of batteries is nearly same as vacuum!! So save money with buying this corded vacuum,also the power is 750W but the suction is equal or even more than standard vacuums!! I recommend this vacuum for anybody that has pets. The only problem is the filter can be find only in black&decker stores.

What our customer's say! "worst product - par for the course for black and decker", I cannot begin to explain what a complete and total rip off this product is. The pieces won't stay together, the suction is subpar, it falls apart if you look at it. Having experienced Black and Decker "quality" before, I should have known that this would be their standard substandard, but other reviews convinced me that maybe B&D had turned around. They haven't. It's un-usable if you want to use the rotating head. I'm sure if you're just using the handheld part, and don't want the rotor brush, that it picks up crumbs just fine, but as a pet hair vac, it's pointless. It's heavy enough that I bruised the bejebus out of my foot when it fell apart and fell on my foot. It's loud, it's low quality, and a better use of your $30 would be to set it on fire to see the pretty colors. After multiple attempts to fix their design flaws, including duct taping the pieces together, I've just put it in the charity box. Avoid this waste of cash. Seriously. "Waste of money", I purchased this product specifically for my new vehicle which I use to tote my dogs around. They shed all over the carpet lining in the back and I was hoping I would get results from this machine as it had an attachment designed for the sole purpose of picking up dog hair. The motor was powerful, I will admit that, but I didn't actually see it do anything with all that power! The suction was very poor and was even less effective when using the hose. I felt like I was getting somewhere with the pet hair attachment for a while but it didn't take very long for the spinning plastic bristles to stop working. So after using it for about 15 minutes, and with very little in the chamber (as it hardly picked up anything except some pebbles!), I thought I would see it the filter needed to be cleaned and it didn't. I also tried to clean out the dog hair attachment to little avail. It still doesn't work. I did not have high expectations in the first place and this product still didn't meet me even half way at that! If you plan on suctioning up cheerio's or rice - by all means get this $40 item. Heck I'll give you mine. I went back to using duct tape and haven't looked back. "Amazing!!", I just bought this so I wouldn't have to lug my big vaccum around to clean the furniture. Never expected it to work so great. I have two dogs and two cats and a canvas couch. Normally it takes 30min to and hour to get all the hair off my couch, in 10 min I was done. You only need to take one or maybe two passes instead of the normal 5-6 or more with all three of my past vacuums. The attachment with the brush pivots and it really whips that hair right up, it's amazing. This is the only cleaning product that I've ever been so impressed with to write a review. You can't beat the price either. "great for pet hair pickup", This product works as advertized. Amazing. I have three cats and two dogs. (One is part Lab, the worst for shedding.) I have had my share of vacuum cleaners that quit, unable to stand up to the stress of the hair. This product seems up to meeting my needs for a clean house despite shedding of many mammals. "Pet hair no match", This is a corded vacuum that works great on furniture which has a tight weave, the beater brush is made from some type of silicon material that really lifts the dog hair up. Our dog sheds alot and you will need to empty after each use but have used this on stairs and sections of carpet and found it is the best vac for pet hair 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Completely exceeded my expectations!", When my handheld vacuum crapped out and I needed a new one, I found this one. When it said it could pick up pet hair, I thought "yeah, right." We have 2 dogs and 3 cats and my handheld and upright vacuum struggled to get the hair. This one does it with ease! I was floored with how easy it got the hair up!!! I use the vacuum with the rotating brush piece on the "extender" hose. I have to use 2 hands: one on the handle of the dustbuster and one keeping the hose on the dustbuster. A minor inconvenience to be rid of dog hair. Hooray!!!! "Just OK", I have dog at home and purchase that product just for dogs hair. The turbo brush is just OK. It is not working great. If you push it to hard it stops. So If you need that for hard hair cleaning I would not recommended that. Good luck "great for pet hair!!!", You won't believe the power this inexpensive hand vac packs!! I have not found any vacuum, including my Dyson, that works as well. The only down side is it is really loud. I am going to purchase another for my upstairs--I love it! "unhappy with black and decker!", black and decker hand vac we got for picking up dog hair is not worth 29.99.Maybe 15.99 at the most.The attchments donot work at all! But the one thing I give it credit for is the suction! Thats great! "Good luck getting parts!", This vacuum works great on pet hair. I loved it until I tried to order a replacement pre-filter from Black and Decker (my dog destroyed it) It has been on back-order since November, over 5 months, with no delivery date in sight. |
