What our customer's say!

"Wonderful!", These things are great! We've been using them for more than six months and we haven't got the foggiest idea how other people are getting themselves burned with them. We've used them to pull pizza stones out of the oven, after cooking pizza's, with hot pots off the stove, and as trivets. Sometimes after reheating something in a corelle or glass dish, when there's no table readily available, I'll use the potholder to hold the overly hot dish in my hand while I'm eating the food. If I've got anything to complain about, it's that the waffle pattern hold lots of water in them after running them through a dishwasher cycle. We have to empty the dishwasher out before moving the potholders else everything else gets wet...

"A great multi-purpose pad", These are great. They work as hot pads and as trivets. You must avoid gripping these pads with your fingertips when moving very hot items--your fingertips will push into the depressions and you can get toasty fingertips. But if you have a bit of experience in the kitchen are mindful of this issue, they're great--perhaps not a great choice for a novice. They also work well to help gripping slippery jar lids.

"Save your money!", These are VERY pliable and soft, which is a HUGE improvement over the stiff other silicone products normally found on the market, but they do NOT stop you from getting burnt on hot pans! You may be able to sit a 600 degree item on top of it, but you can't even transfer a 350 degree pan from the oven without getting your fingers burned. I was disgusted because I had thrown out all of my cloth potholders after receiving these. They are NOT what they claim to be! I am sorry that I bought a set for my mother as well. She has nerve damage in her hands and cannot feel temperature changes. Now I am terrified she will get some nasty burns without noticing.
