"Whoops! I misread the ad!", I thought these were hand-sized slip-over mitten-like things, but when the two I ordered arrived, they were the tiny little pot handle mittens. It DOES say very clearly in the product description that they are a handle mitt (now that I re-read it), and I can use them, but I think they are WAY overpriced for what they are. But they are very, very nice, so they get five stars. Just don't do what I did and think they are something other than what they are.

BTW, getting old and having your faculties slip is such a major drag....
