"Good product"
This is a good product and i'd recommmend it.. but on difficult items nothing beats the dry-cleaner or the good old fashioned method of an iron and board. It definitely is great for the morning before you leave for work and gets most wrinkles out.

What our customer's say!

"Garment Steamer", I purchased the Rowenta IS8200 Commercial Garment Steamer a few weeks ago and have used it on drapes, curtains, and dresses. The steamer works fine, but it takes a while to get wrinkles out. The hose comes off at times and I had to stick it back in. The steamer is fine for curtains and drapes. For ironing dresses I still use the iron, because it is more fast.

"Rowenta steamer 8200", Rowenta is all I had hoped. Would recommend to friends. Asked a previous user who praised this unit.

"Reliable brand for garment steamer.", Though I'm not quite sure this is a "commerical" garment steamer.

It works the same as my last Rowenta garment steamer which lasted a couple years.

"Hose quality poor", The hose split in two areas, one near the base and the other was near the top of the spring they use to keep the hose from bending over on itself. The wall thickness of the hose is inadequate and bends restricting the flow of steam. I sent the hose back to them at the beginning of July and yet to receive my replacement. I will NEVER purchase a Rowenta product ever again. Poor service. Save your money and aggravation. I'm looking into Jiffy steamers now. Goodbye Rowenta.

"Great steamer!", I bought this primarily to steam block my crocheted items. It is an awesome steamer. It heats up fast, the cushioned part of the handle stays cool to the touch, and the steam it generates is steady and strong. I've also used this to get wrinkles out of backdrop fabric for photography, and for the general use of getting wrinkles out of clothes. It's not going to give you the same crisp look as an iron because it's not an iron. But if you're looking for a steamer, this is the one to get.

The foot controls are nice, too, because I can either turn it off or put it on standby while still having my hands full. I like all the attachments and how they stay on board with the unit. The water reservoir is easy to remove and fill.

I highly recommend this steamer.
