Others say...

"Does the job well"
Just perfect for melting a stick of butter quickly. It also works well for reheating small amounts sauce or to infuse oil. Because I tend to pour directly from the pot, I wish it had a small spout. Be careful when using on a gas burner, its small size makes it easy to tip.

It's the same excellent All Clad quality. Dishwasher safe and polish with Barkeeper's Friend.

"Fish turner from All Clad"
Beautiful to look at and high quality from All Clad are good reasns to buy this item. But, another purchaser wrote it was uncomfortable to use and that's right. I thought it didn't matter so I bought it. It isn't just uncomfortable, it feels terrible in your hand even if you are only using it for a few seconds. However it does the job and it isn't expensive.

"Awesome"
I bought this fish turner for my step-dad who is a commercial fishman. He loved it, and uses it almost every day. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who cooks fish often.

"Overrated"
I don't understand the fascination with All Clad products. While I like the turner part of this fish turner, it has THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE HANDLE of any tool in my kitchen. What is All Clad thinking? Don't their designers ever use their equipment.

"Excellent Fish Turner"
This fish turner is the first All-Clad item that I purchased, and I have not been disappointed. It is perfect for turning even the most delicate poached fillet. I keep it handy by hanging it from a hook on the pot rack. While it is advertised as dishwasher-safe, I like to wash and dry it by hand to keep the 18/10 stainless steel finish like new.

What our customer's say!

"All-clad handles need a re-design", We use the small butter warmer for everything from warming said butter to creating reduction sauces. This past spring, we needed to have another but couldn't find a duplicate to our Kitchen-Aid counterpart, so we went with the All-Clad. The little All-Clad version does a fine job--it heats quickly and controllably and is as sturdy a pot as you'll find. That said, I hate the handle. In fact, the reason we do not own any other All-clad products is because of the uncomfortable angle of the handles. While hefting them at the local Williams-Sonoma store, I found the handles to be especially awkward on the larger pots and pans. Too bad considering the excellent workmanship and fine heating characteristics.

"Very solid", I got this for handling small pizzas and it worked like a charm. Very solid, feels good in the hand.

"all-Clad", What can I say...All-Clad makes beautiful, high quality, useful products. The fish turner is great. It also works great for taking large enchiladas out of the baking dish.

"Very good, but awkward", This is a fine product that does the job well of turning large easy-to-crumble items. However, it is very large and hard to store without dominating the utensil drawer. It is fairly heavy due to its size and metallic composition.

"Amazing cookware", I received a few all clad products (the paella pan, sauce pan, and a fry pan) for graduation and they are excellent. Despite not being teflon, food doesn't seem to stick and clean up is easy. The handles don't get hot even though they're metal too (they do get a little warmish, so be careful just in case). I'm not sure if I'm supposed to or not, but I put them in the dishwasher and haven't had any problems. This specific pan is great for items like pasta w/ cheese and veggies. I love that it has a cover. The only drawback is the price.
