I bought a set of four of these mini loaf pans. Four mini pans equal one regular size loaf pan. So, it is easy to adjust existing recipes. Just be sure to shorten the baking time. I have also found that it is easier to handle the pans to and from the oven if they are placed on a cookie sheet.
