"Better than the original", After a run in the dishwasher caused our original clunky carafe to come unglued, we searched for a replacement. On some sites, the replacement carafe cost more than the coffee maker itself.

We're really happy with this replacement. It's lighter weight and looks sleek. Works great. Shipping was smooth and speedy.

"No drip lip", The carafe arrived in a reasonable time and was packaged very well. The best thing is this is the first carafe that we have had that does not drip. Light weight and easy to read the marks when filling.

While we had to pay for shipping, the item was ordered on a Thursday and we received it on Saturday. So, there's really not much to say about the product because you really only have one choice. But the service from Amazon and Small Appliance was incredible.

"Great replacement for my broken carafe", Even the Krups site was out of stock of the black handled carafe. The seller got it to me quickly and in good shape.

"Someday, I'll actually receive it", Still haven't received it, after 5 weeks, so can't review. Communicating the shipping problem to me though leaves a lot to be deisired.
