"Make sure you are aware that you may need new wiring to plug in this machine", This is a nice machine, but I was surprised when I received it to see that it requires special wiring to plug in! I was disappointed that I needed to hire an electrician to modify my wall outlet (and of course he didn't bother to show up when I had stayed home from work right before a heat-wave weekend!)



"Great", This is a great window a/c Unit keeps my 1200 sq. ft. house cool and is quiet you can not tell when the compressor starts sounds just like the fan running I love it

"Awesome", We love our new airconditioner, we had to run wiring so we had the right type for this machine. But we knew that before hand, it was shipped right to our home we didn't have to lug it anywhere. You walk in our house now and its like we have central air we set the thermostat and away it goes. Ours came just in time for a heat spell so its been close to 100 for days and our home is an oasis.
