"Useful and attractive" I got this crock pot for Christmas and I LOVE it! I love that I can choose what size crock I want to use depending on what I am cooking. I have never bothered to make side dishes in the crock pot because they are so big and it felt like a waste, but wish the 2qt size, it's too easy NOT to!! I also love that the crocks nest together for storage, and that they are completely removable for cleaning. The handles of this crock pot are also easier to hang on to and because they are set away from the pot, there is no risk of getting burned by spillage or the outside of the crock. "Slow cooker review" So far so good. I've used this item twice already and love the versatility of the 3 crock sizes. "Just right!" I've been looking for a good slow cooker for months and just couldn't make up my mind between 2-4-6 quart. I have 4 kids, but like to make smaller slow cooker things for different things a lot. It is so nice to have the option. I like that the pots stack inside eachother for better storage. The black and stainless look great. I saw the ivory one at Target and it looked aweful, very 70's. My last slow cooker (rival) burn everything so on LOW so I finally got rid of it last year and this one has been great. "Great Slow Cooker" I used this for my favorite stew and it worked beautifully. I am glad I bought this one and not another because it has all the sizes I'll ever need for a bowl and all in one. It takes a while to heat up but once its there it will stay heated for a long time even after you shut it off. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Bryan Dunn "Fun to Cook with this set!" This slow cooker is a delight! I'm new to this kind of cooking, and I didn't know which size to get. Sometimes we cook for 3, 5 and more. My first foray into cooking was to make oatmeal. Just put the steel cut oats, dried fruit and water in and bingo! the lid fits all three size bowls 2 qt, 4 qt and 6qt. Set the time and punch one of three buttons for your size pot. that's it! It looks nice on the counter tho a bit wide. It's not heavy. the bowls look very nice as serving pieces, and they are easy to store.

What our customer's say! "Awesome!", I have always had the sale crock pots picked up randomly along the way. This time I decided to get all the features I have wanted and then some. This has them. My first slow cooked pot roast in this pot and everything was perfect. Nothing fell apart or turned to mush. The different sizes are a real bonus as well as being able to remove the crocks--a feature I always wanted. I had no idea that a slow cooker could cook so perfectly. I left that pot roast on warm for two days and snacked from it! LOL "Clever design, well-made", I just got the 3-in-1 a few days ago and have only used it once, but I'm so impressed! I almost got a single-crock six-quart slow cooker before I discovered this one, and I'm so pleased that I purchased this one instead. Like others, I really appreciate the three crocks, the clever way they nest and that one lid fits all. The two- and four-quart crocks are easier to handle than the six, especially in the sink, so I expect to get a lot more use out of this than if I had gone with a single-crock six. Also, the two smaller crocks fit in my microwave, and the six would not -- very handy for heating the leftovers. I'm glad to have the six-quart crock as well as the other two, though. The unit seems more sturdily constructed than some I saw in stores. I personally prefer the simple knob over the programmable touchpads. As at least one other reviewer mentioned, the high and low settings really do seem to work. I wish you could use the lid in the microwave, but you can't, probably because it has a metal rim. A 10-1/4" dinner plate served as a nicely fitting substitute, but it was more difficult to remove from the steaming crock than it would have been using the crock's lid with its knob. This one complaint is a minor one and not important enough to downgrade to four stars in light of the unit's great assets. "THe best crock pot ever!!!", I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! Whether I am making dinner for 2, 4 or even a larger crowd, this does the job beuatifully!!! I also LOVE the chrome finish!! It goes beautifully with any decor! She had so many crocks, it was hard to find space for them in the cabinets! After getting this one, we were able to retire a couple of older, uglier crock pots. Which brings me to the other plus... It is very modern-looking, yet it doesn't sacrifice practicality/usability for style. The handles stick out, away from the base, which is a great improvement over the original design. Perfect for soups, stews, chili, corned beef and cabbage, home-made cereal, etc. If you're considering it, get it! Read this reviews before You buy... "A Great Idea Long over DUE", I had wondered for years why this such product did not already exsist. I would get recipes all the time and it would say use a 2qt crock,4 qt crock, unfortunatly I had always had a 6qt to accomidate my family size. this crock now suits my needs. I no longer say forget the crock because i have a crock for every situation. In fact I made Vegtable soup and stored it in the crock for easy an reheat, at the same time i had left over ham from christmas and made ham and bean soup in the 6 qt using it witht he ham bone to make excellent soup as well stored till it was gone in the crock in the refridgarator. this product is the best crock pot ever "My wife loves it", My wife likes to make soup and loves the extra capacity of this pot. It's also easy to clean. I got the stainless one and like the way it looks. If you're in the market for a crock pot this is the one. "I love this slow cooker", The Hamilton Beach slow cooker is great. I love having three sizes of cooking insert and high/low cooking settings that actually work. (Some slow cookers cook on high no matter what the dial says). I've used it several times now since getting it just before the holidays and it is quickly becoming my cooking method of choice. Easy to use, base is very light, and it stores away conveniently. It makes it easy to cook while working full-time. Just turn the dial, press a button, and you're good to go. |
