"Not for Lefties?", The quality is high BUT the product description should mention that this is a tool designed for right-handed cooks. It is difficult to see from the photo, but the handle is not straight. Ii curves to facilitate right-handed flipping. Being left-handed, I would not have ordered this had I known. Are all Orka tools like this?
