"SHORT LIFE SPAN", This product worked well for two months but then it suddenly stopped heating. Perhaps I can convert it to an easel for my artwork. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this model.

"Low quality, no factory support", I bought a Yamata Feiyeu Family Steam Press back in February and used 5 times before it stopped working. I have tried calling the phone number that came with the product literature but they do not answer it.(888-833-4983) I wish Miele or Bosch would manufacture one similar.
