"excellent", It is an excellent carpet steamer, not the steamer like I expected it though, like it would really dry it up quickly, no, this one you have to wait several hours to have the carpet all dried up, but it is really an excellent carpet steamer and I'm not dissapointed for buying it, thats all I have to say.

"Quality Product at a Bargain Price", I have a Kirby that is a really good machine. But it is SO heavy and very hard to maneuver. I had purchased a Dirt Devil vac and was very pleased with its performance. So when I saw the Easy Steamer at such a good price I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with the product. No, it doesn't heat the water or have rotating brushes. But for such a light-weight product it really gets the water and dirt out of the carpet. I was able to place furniture back within an hour of cleaning the carpet. I am very pleased with this product and grateful to Dirt Devil and Amazon.com both for offering it at such a good price.

"not a steamer", I purchased this product thinking it was a steamer carpet cleaner
(as it says) but its not. I would have never order this item
had I knew that, I already have a carpet shampoo cleaner
so I had no need for anther one. It does work really well and is
light weight but again it is not a steamer you only add hot water
thought the title" steamer cleaner" was missleading.
