Others say...
"The "WAVE" to go!" This is a great cordless set. The WAVE contour is great and I like the quietness of the keys. I use the computer at night when I can't sleep and even though I am only one room away from our bedroon I can type and know I am not waking my husband or our two pups. The mouse is streamlined too. Fits easily and comfortably in my hand. "Really like this keyboard" I have used many of the split keyboards before, usually prefer the wide split, but the gentle curve on this keyboard is perfect. Probably the best keyboard I have owned. I have owned this for a few months and is showing no signs of giving up. (I am a developer so type a lot!) Am also a MAC user, have bought 2 so far. The integration to OSX is great, the extra buttons work out of the box and can be customized. "Great Combo ! !" The Logitech Wave Ergonomic Keyboard is very comfortable to use. All of the convenient shortcut "goodies" are really great. The mouse is also very comfortable. No matter what size your hand is, it fits the mouse just right. I'm glad I made this purchase. "Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave Set" Worked right out of the box. I installed it without uninstalling the PS2 connections for both my old wired keyboard and mouse. The Logitech cordless desktop wave set, keyboard and mouse, worked flawlessly even with the old wired keyboard and mouse still attached. The slight resistence of the keyboard keys is a good feel and ensure that the keyboard keys when pressed make solid contact. A great pair! "Love, love, LOVE this keyboard!" I am a medical transcriptionist (which means I type a lot) and I love the layout of this keyboard. Very comfortable and rather quiet, even if you bang the keys hard. The mouse is a bit harder to get used to...a little all-over-the-place when you try to put the cursor between words. I needed to get a new keyboard quickly since my Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard's spacebar decided to become sticky and unusable. I did really like the MS Comfort keyboard, but this one has a better feel, and like I said, it's quieter. I would definitely recommend this keyboard.

What our customer's say! "Logitech Cordless Desktop and mouse", I bought this again as I was pleased with the last one. The keyboard is comfortable and easy to use and install however, it would have been nice to get some kind of booklet or instructions for using the keyboard or 'what to do if keys don't work, etc." Also, writing on line to Logitech proved useless. Still,I think the price was more then fair for both a mouse and a keyboard. It has all of the items I need w/volume and radio at hand as well as CD playing. "Connection Issues", Purchased this keyboard and mouse from amazon.com, have been having connection issues from day one. returning it. I have had a few logitech products, have the wave pro at my office. this has been the worst. "Great keyboard+mouse combo", I used this keyboard at one of the places I visited and I fell in love with it. It has a very nice ergonomic design and feels good using it. It has good tactile feedback too. Pros: High quality design. Nice responsive mouse. Good ergonomics. Cons: Although rare I had some false key presses due to soft springy keys. I wish keys were a little harder to press. "Excellent (semi-) ergonomic wireless desktop combo", The "Wave" is the latest idea out of Logitech: a keyboard that offers some of the benefits of ergonomic layouts without the drawbacks of unconventional layouts. The Wave's layout is not as radical as that of a "split" keyboard, but the curvature of the key deck is more ergonomically correct than a straight keyboard. In addition, the keys have different heights, corresponding to the length of the fingers usually pressing down on them. Lastly, the Wave has a very comfortable padded palm rest. It's also a very handsome set, with alternating glossy and matte surfaces, and silver-gray buttons. The wireless function of the set is flawless. Both mouse and keyboard work off the same small USB receiver dongle. The batteries in both mouse and keyboard last for several months. All in all, it works just as advertised. The keys have a soft touch with decent travel, and both keyboard and mouse are very comfortable to use for extended periods of time. If the Wave has any drawbacks, it's the physical size of the keyboard (it won't fit some keyboard trays), and the superfluous "media" and Vista-specific buttons that activate Vista's "Flip Window" and "Zoom" functions. Omitting those buttons would have enabled Logitech to shave an inch or two off the overall height and width of the keyboard. Also, the included mouse is quite good, but not up to the same standards as the stand-alone wireless mice--it feels a little more insubstantial, and it's a little on the small side for users with big hands. On the plus side, it's ambidextrous, unlike most of the other mice in the Logitech stable. This is a well-made wireless desktop set that looks good, functions well, and offers some of the benefits of ergonomic setups without forcing the user to adapt to a new keyboard layout. If you're in the market for a good wireless desktop combo, and you want to give your fingers a bit of a break, the Wave is a solid pick. "the most comfortable keyboard I have ever used!", After seeing this neat design, I bought it for my home office. Absolutely love it. Super comfortable & roomy while not being too big. Loved it so much I got one for a business I do accounting for. Just started a new job & I am getting another one to replace the antiquated keyboard that came with the workstation. And the expense for this one is coming out of my pocket, but this keyboard is sooo worth it! ![]()
Read this reviews before You buy... "Great keyboard. Mouse a little small", Former Microsoft keyboard/mouse user. Switched because Microsoft's mice don't work properly under Windows Vista (scroll wheel won't scroll iTunes for example). The keyboard layout seems great, and is very comfortable. It is easy to type on. Some compromises by others, like the insert key being removed on Microsoft's recent keyboards, aren't problems here, which software programmers will appreciate. I do miss the "lock screen" function I had assigned to the "sleep" button on my Microsoft Elite keyboard, and I can't find any way to assign that function to a key here--the Windows button takes you out of the assign key dialog. I can live with Windows+L for now though. Unlike the Microsoft combos, this one doesn't have any radio sensitivity problems, and the scroll wheel works properly under all applications I've tried it in under Vista. Not too fond of the mouse though. I'm used to those giant Microsoft right-handed mice, and this one is quite small. All the buttons I need though. Also, I don't like the "click click" design of the wheel, preferring a smooth scrolling one. But these are small nits. "Recommended", This items is certainly worth them money! If you are looking for an inexpensive keyboard that is easy to install and of reasonable quality, this is a good deal "wave keyboard", This keyboard works smoothly and efficiently with most laptops I have tried it on. It shipped fast and ahead of schedule. The one drawback of it, is it is a little large and finding a place for it on a medium to small desk will be a problem. "Good product", Very good keyboard, good feel & look. Haven't used mouse yet. I also liked the wrist pad. "A new owner's perspective", Note: I'm a woman with very small hands. I can only speak from my own perspective and let you interpret how to use my experiences. I just got this set yesterday and have really been enjoying it. It's much more comfortable than my last Logitech set (LX700), but that comes with it being 5 years newer. The keyboard seems to be nice and quiet, even for a very fast typist like me. Quieter than any other keyboard I've used before. It's difficult getting used to the new placement of the home, end, delete, page up, and page down buttons, but this is not the only keyboard nowadays that has this. It's not really an issue, just a bit of a learning curve. I like the amount of customization that I'm able to do. I can set my frequently visited web pages to certain keys, have my music pop up with the click of one button, as well as switching between programs without having to go with alt+tab. This is especially nice for people like me with very small hands. One thing that is a bit inconvenient is the fact that the media buttons do not work in Foobar (which is my media player of choice). This isn't really a big deal considering I normally just set my music and minimize the player for several hours. The mouse is fantastic. I love that it's much smaller than my previous mouse, so it fits really well in my hand. I don't understand those who have complained about the placement of the forward and back buttons. For me, it's actually easier. I have a very small shift (instead of having to completely move my thumb, which was uncomfortable) and bam, the button's been clicked. Have not done it accidentally, but it's very comfortable to use them. Also, I've found that it tracks really really well. I read one reviewer who said that "the problem was obvious when you noticed that the laser is high up and covered partly by plastic". Actually, if you'll notice, the laser is angled in such a way as to be effectively centered even though it doesn't appear to be at first glance. So, to summarize: -Keyboard Pros- Comfortable Quiet Extremely customizable Easy on smaller hands -Keyboard Cons- Media buttons do not work in Foobar (my media player of choice) Home, end, delete, page up, and page down buttons are placed differently than standard (a feature not exclusive to this keyboard) -Mouse Pros- Great for small hands Comfortable Tracks excellently Scrolls smoothly in all directions Back and forward buttons are comfortable to use -Mouse Cons- None that I've found. Also, I found the software to be very easy to install and use. Within about 5 minutes I was ready to go! If necessary, I will come and amend this review once I've had more time to use it. This is simply my first bit of impression of it. Over all, EXCELLENT! ![]() |
