I use mine constantly & love reading with the rest of hte houe lights turned down and this on the kindle screen. the light does not cause a glare & provides a high level of readability to the kindle in darkend environments. I use it while reading in bed and it is a clear light, with no glare. It is very light weight. The neck is flexible and stays put. I no longer use a bedside light in the room, and it makes reading so much more relaxing. I cannot believe what a difference this type of light makes. "Best light ever!!" This light is very light weight and bright. I bought it for my Kindle, but use it on everything where I need extra light. "Great addition to Kindle or any book" I bought this for my husband's Kindle, and he LOVES it. Doesn't have to use it often, since the Kindle is bright enough usually, but it's extremely handy in a darkened room. And he loaned it to a friend traveling with us, who used it to read her book while her sick husband slept the day away. So, I recommend for Kindle users and for anyone who wants to read in bed without disturbing his/her spouse.

"Nice addition to a classy product", I really like this little light and on top of using it for the Kindle, used it as a light for a truck without one, budget truck, coming across country. Fluorescent like lighting, two intensities, no problems thus far. "Great Light", This is a great light. It works well with my Kindle and I highly recommend it. "Too easy ", Light shed is very bright, directed and diffuse on the page. Clip-base is sturdy, adaptable and easily keeps the light up and free standing. The switch is well designed and easy to use, too easy when packing. If one is not careful the switch can be bumped by something in one's bag and the light goes on and stays on. The only sure method I have found is to take the batteries out, when packing for a trip. That is not a big deal. I am very happy with the Mighty Bright XtraFkex2 Light. "Good quality, bright, bluish, a bit pricey - will use", I received one of these a few days ago and my verdict is that I am likely to use it when reading books at night. Brief overview: - 2 super-bright LED's with lenses - light has more blue and very little red, or yellow (think of a steady neon light) - uses 3 (THREE) AAA batteries - 40-hour battery life (claim is made on the package, not verified by me) - power supply not provided - relatively long, flexible arm - can turn on 1 or 2 LED's - solid build - a bit heavy but had no problem using it with a paperback I will definitely use this lamp when reading books at night. I doubt I will ever use it as a flashlight or a work light unless I had no other choice. "Perfect reading light!", Got one in purple for myself & the black for my husband. He loves it too! Very light in weight (even with the batteries, which surprised me.) Great brightness & we love that it has two intensities. We use rechargeable batteries so it can be used continuously. Works great on the Kindle & also hardcopy books. Can't beat it for the price! 
Read this reviews before You buy... "Moi's Kindle", Nice and bright. Really like the two different settings for the light. I like it when I'm commuting since I leave at 3:30 am I can still read and not bother anyone. "Almost perfect", I sell book lights. I have been in the electronic gadget business for nearly 40 years. This is a wonderful, traditional book light. It is the only book light that I have used in a fully bright, day lit room. It is very well constructed, easy to set for optimum light control and the light volume is great. The LED lights are the way of the future and they are used wonderfully well in this product. I have been through 3 novels on one set of batteries, and still no loss of brilliance. This is a very well made light. I still have not found a light that does not wake my wife late at night. I think that will require a tent like structure. In the meanwhile, this is the best book light I have ever owned or sold. "Not bad, but could be better", i bought this with my Kindle and it gets a lot of use, but the batteries don't seem to last as long as they should seeing as this is an LED light. what else can you say, it's a light, it works and it'll clip to just about anything and it's flexible head seems to stand up well to use. the dual brightness settings are nice too. "I clip it to my headboard", This is a great little light. I clip it to my headboard instead of my book and it works out great. There is padding on the clip so it doesn't scratch my headboard. I bought two lights, one for my side and one for my husband's side of the bed. The light is definitely dim enough so it does not bother your partner if they are sleeping. The light also has the ability to be easily manipulated so it is shining directly on your book. "Overpriced", Two weeks after purchase I saw comparable if not identical item at Walmart for $4.99.
