"Lots of fun!" My 3 year old and I love to make hot chocolate together with this pot. It's much more fun (and less messy) than using the microwave and then having the powdery mess to stir into the milk. We especially love to make our cocoa nice and frothy! "Awkward to use" I used this once and took it back. The handle makes it awkward to pour and it is difficult to push the button on the mixer/blender thing.

"Can be messy", When following the directions for the hot chocolate recipes, in the book, you have to be careful not to have it overflow when using the mixing device. Other than that a good product. "Love it!", Love it! No problems except we want it all the time! So easy to use, no mess and yummy hot chocolate with a nice foam! Whats not to like!
