"Superb!", I thought this would be useful but not do "the whole job." I was wrong. It picks up most everything. We might brush some chunks near the wall an inch or two out, but that's about it. We don't need to sweep anymore. It automatically docks itself on the charger when done, trying repeatedly if necessary. It does our kitchen, including a small rug. We use it throughout the house on our hard wood and vinyl floors. If it gets trapped on a rug or by furniture, it's very good at extricating itself. And if we carry it to another room, it calls out when it's done. We then carry it back to where the charger is, place it near the charger, and press two buttons to tell it to dock itself. Easy to empty the container, and once in a while we run the roller thru the provided cleaning tube, which works quite well. Easy to do. We've learned to run it now and then even if the floors look clean. With our two cats, it will pick up a lot of stuff (fur) we couldn't see.

Wonderful product. My wife had major reservations, but she has become a believer.
