"Not easy to clean", These bowls are great as space savers and look elegant, but they tend to retain stains, and it's hard to get them squeaky-clean after exposing them to oily foods, as when marinating meat or chicken. Also, the white plastic surface gets scratched easily, so I would advise to treat it as you treat Teflon - rubber, melanine, wood, or silicon-coated spatulas, whisks and spoons - no knives - to keep scratching to a minimum.
