"don't buy this steamer", do not buy this steamer the company DB ROTH is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with the steam I was sent was used the company says otherwise. However, there was writting on the box in ink the inside of the box had burn marks on the form I returned the item because I didn't want an used item and they charge me shipping on it they never should have sent this steamer out as new it was not I don't care what they say I have bought recondition items before like the Shark Steamer and it was in far better condition and sold as factory reconditioned not new.

"Top does not stay on. ", I have a lovely red blistering wet as a reminder that you get what you pay for. The top came off while I was steaming a shirt and boiling water spilled onto my hand.

"wonderful product", This is the best steamer I have found in a long time. It's small and heats up really quickly.

"Sturdy everyday steamer", I use this steamer several times a week to steam my suits between dry cleaning. It heats quickly and is powerful, quickly releasing wrinkles. I purchased this as a replacement of my old steamer which died after 5 heavy years of use.

"Does job as portable steamer", This steamer has worked perfectly for on-the-go touch-ups! I read other reviews for other steamers & got nervous with comments like "can't steam more than one item at a time" or "water dripping everywhere" & tried this as there weren't any reviews posted yet & so glad I did!
I have steamed up to five different articles of clothing at a time & haven't experianced water dripping or malfunctioning of the unit itself yet. A steamer to me has always meant touch-ups & refreshing the clothing, so if the clothing is very wrinkly, I've always reached for the iron instead. I was looking for something to travel with that would take the slight bumps out of clothes after they've been stuffed in a suitcase or worn all day & this has done the job each time so far. The unit is fairly lightweight & really durable, so traveling hasn't proved to do it harm yet. It produces just the right amount of steam in less than a minute & I'm just starting to use it at home as well to freshen-up my current clothing for evening wear instead of having to change again.
