"Nice Bowl" This is a nice bowl, though I never use it for garbage (old large margarine tubs work great for that). It's a great size for many things including salad, popcorn and as a medium mixing bowl. "Love, love, love it!!" I love the Racheal Ray garbage bowls that I purchased. In fact, I bought 2 of them. One for my daughter for Christmas, and one for myself. Nice sturdy bowls, and deep too. Quick service, reliable, and nice packaging. 5 stars from me!! "Rachael rar garbage bowl, brick" I just love this bowl! I use it every day, and there is never any doubt which bowl on the counter is the garbage bowl. It is deep and tall enough to accommodate most anything. My kitchen will always have a rachael ray garbage bowl! "Garbage-tabulous!" If not for the Garbage Bowl, I would never have thought of throwing my garbage into a bowl. Now, my kitchen garbage goes into a bowl before going from the bowl into the actual non-bowl kitchen garbage container, which is best done with the Garbage Bowl, as it is specially designed for this purpose. Instead of food scraps and other detritus going from my cooking area to a traditional and hard-to-clean kitchen garbage container before it goes to the outdoor street-side garbage container and then to a garbage truck and then a landfill, another step is added: Garbage Bowl. This makes my kitchen much more clean and productive, as my garbage is right there next to me at all times in this well-designed and attractive bowl - no need to wonder where my garbage is! Thanks to Rachael Ray for thinking of this much-needed kitchen item. I heartily recommend the Garbage Bowl! "A ridiculous waste" Save your money. Go to good will and get a bowl for fifty cents. I cannot believe this even exists.

What our customer's say! "Rachael Ray's Garbage Bowl", Very useful product. Use it all the time. Makes clean up in the kitchen a lot easier. "Bowl o rama", Yeah, yeah, yeah. We have mixing bowls we could use for this purpose, but would break up the set. The thing I like about this bowl is the depth to height ratio. I have been looking for a bowl in a different color to match my kitchen with the same dimensions and have had NO luck. This bowl is much deeper to the diameter of the bowl than a normal mixing bowl. "LOVE this product!", I got this for Mother's Day and I loved it so much that I bought one for my daughter-in-law. She loves it too. Great product at a great price. Read this reviews before You buy... "Attractive, Sturdy and Handy!", Yes,I know I could use any ol' bowl for this purpose, but I have really enjoyed this bright, attractive bowl. After it comes out of the dishwasher it even has a designated spot on the kitchen counter. It's good quality melamine and due to that it doesn't retain odors, is sturdy as hell, and washes up like a dream. The design is a throw back to the kitchenware of the 50's and 60's...maybe that's why it appeals to me! I've used it so much that when they went on sale, I ordered another one for myself and one for my mom. I plan to use one for "wet" garbage (destined for the garbage disposal or compost) and one for "dry" garbage (destined for the trash can). As for all those who feel it necessary to post negative reviews for things they don't own, nor even plan to own, stop wasting my time! If you don't own it, your opinion doesn't really hold a lot of water anyway. "Are People This Stupid?", Do we REALLY need a Rachael Ray endorsed mixing bowl to put the garbage in when we already have mixing bowls in our kitchens? Seems to me that the wheels of endorsement went a-turning and they all agreed that Americans ARE that stupid. This is the most ridiculous item I've ever seen. "rachel ray g.b.", it is made very well, its too nice to use as a garbage bowl and the color matched my kitchen decor perfectly. I originally saw it for $24.oo and I grabbed it at the price of 7.50.. thankyou I really got a bargain!!! "G.B.", So I know you could use any old bowl as a "garbage bowl". My mom gave this to me as a gift. It actually does come in handy. It is deeper than a conventional bowl so you can fit a lot in it. It is also a stirdy plastic and it can go in the dish washer. I like it. "Awesome ", What an awesome tool to use while cooking. I used to use a plastic bag to collect my garbage while cooking. The bowl is useful and attractive. Yes, you may buy a cheaper plain bowl for the same purpose, but I enjoy the bright color. |
