"Another Shipping Rip off" $8.13 for shipping this? I am so sick of getting ripped off on shipping charges. "Better than the standard Oster blade for smoothies" I make protein smoothies with milk, protein powder, fruit, and sometimes cottage cheese or yogurt. The standard Oster blade would always leave some of the protein powder stuck to the sides of the blender. This blade mixes everything nicely - worth the money. "Oster quality; works very well." I can see no difference between the base of this blade and the original ice crushing blade that came with my blender. Fits perfectly and works very well. The difference comes in the fact that making milkshakes with this blade vs. the ice crushing blade is a huge improvement. The original blade just froths the bottom liquid while the milkshake blade really gets the mixture blended up nice and evenly. If you are a big fan of milkshakes and malts, i would highly recommend getting this blade over your original blade -- there is a big difference. "neat little gadget" This does a far better job on milkshakes than the regular blade. Was worth the price. "Makes Super Smooth Shakes" Oster has made great products for Years, This special Blade makes Smooth and Creammy Milk Shakes, Just like I used to drink as a Kid. I use this blade on a 1950's Oster model 448 Bee Hive Blender. This is a great addition from Oster.

What our customer's say! "Oster 6670 Milkshake Blade", Great product! Really beats the regular blender blade in making milkshakes. Not only is the product better, but it saves time because you don't have to keep stirring to mix ice cream and milk. "No better than a regular blade", I was disappointed that you can only make one little milkshake at a time for it to work properly. Even after following the recipe specifications in the box, my milkshake was not super smooth. Not worth it, in my opinion. "Does A Great Job - Very Versatile", This little gadget Oster Milkshake Blade Blender Accessory 6670 is worth every penny to acquire and this is the best price I have found on and off line, but don't let it sit around for only milkshakes and smoothies. It does a great job on whipped cream and other heavy items that need more than the regular Oster Blade. Try this recipe out for a great dessert: 1 - 4 serving size Orange Jello mixed with 2/3 cup of hot water and cooled for 5 minutes. 1 - 8 oz package Philly Cream Cheese, cut up into chunks 1 cup cottage cheese 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed 1 graham cracker or 10 Nilla Wafers crushed fine Pour cooled jello and cottage cheese into blender and run on liquefy until smooth. Add cream cheese chunks and blend again. Add Whip Cream and blend on a medium speed or pour into a large bowl and beat with a whisk until very smooth. Pour 1 cup of mixture into bowls, dessert cups, etc. (I use 9 oz disposable solo cups)and garnish with crushed graham cracker or nilla wafers. Chill for four hours and serve with a dollop of Cool Whip on top. *Hint: to smooth mixture in cups tap cups lightly on counter top before garnishing and chilling. "Great shakes!", This is a great accessory for the Oster blender. Just replace the regular blade with this milkshake blade, press the button and you have a shake in seconds! Mixes it faster and thoroughly. Worth the money.
