"A little tricky keeping the coffee grounds under the screen", The size of this press is definitely the most convenient feature, but unfortunately, that is about the only convenient feature this press has to offer. When filling the press, you will likely get a lot of coffee grounds above the screen if it's too full before inserting the press. Even if you fill the cup half way, insert the press, then fill it completely, the coffee grounds will still find a way into your mouth as you drink your coffee. It doesn't seem to matter how careful you are, you will still get some grounds above the screen every time. I blame this on the weak and flimsy silicone seal between the press and cup.

If I had a second chance, I would at least purchase the 16oz version instead.

"Dont Underestimate It", Two tablespoons of coffee ground coarse, hot water, and you will be enjoying the best possible way to enjoy coffee. This cup is small, its made for the aficionados, but its so damn easy- no filters, no pots and no dirty cup, it just brews all in one place. You won't find a better french press and mug all in one.

"This is great for traveling loose-leaf tea-lovers", I bought this 8 oz. press to be able to enjoy my loose-leaf teas away from home without needing much space in my suitcase for teaware and tea equipment because anything provided by a hotel or motel is likely to smell and taste of coffee as well as not have the thermal properties of this press. I removed the template and didn't replace it with a photo because I enjoy watching the agony of the leaves, but it's nice that the option to personalize it is available. I really like it because it works well as a press, fits well in my hand, and the drinking rim is very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact that presses in general don't stop infusing when pressed down, but continue at a reduced rate. It won't be noticed with this press unless it's allowed to sit too long, over an hour in my experience, in which case, the tea tastes stronger closer to the bottom. This may be avoided by pouring the brew into something else, but that defeats the goal of reducing how much needs to be packed.
