"Cook My Steaks! And Do It Quickly!", This is a fine pressure cooker for the price. Aluminum, not stainless, but I'm not sure I care. I bought this to make a decent reuben, but have only cooked one thing in it so far: bottom round steak; a very cheap steak that normally must be cooked at low heat for over an hour. I cooked one for two hours once in a skillet and it still came out pretty bad. I cooked one of these in the Presto for 15 minutes and it tasted so much better. 6 qt is plenty big enough.
