"Very nice and innovative", This is very nice, dish washer safe and useful product. I personally find it's design very useful for all my kitchen needs, from avoiding spillage of the flour to being able to drain out the tomato juice after cutting it, through the funnel shaped edge. Also the surface is great which really helps with cleaning and to get the most use out of the stuff that are put on it. The flexible feature is also a perfect fit for me again as it lets me drain out the liquid, juice and even flour through that funnel shaped edge. All in all, I really like the product, great for slicing meat. The design and its material and not to mention the great colors it comes in.

"Super Tray", I am so happy that I have found this tray. It has so many uses and I am finding more ways to use it all the time. It is so convenient, I have it standing on my counter behind my cutlery on its' edge, not taking up valuable counter space when i am not using it.

I use it when I make sandwiches, toast, cereal or even when I put together a meatloaf. I also have extras so the grandkids can use it for their craft projects or when we bake - it is so handy!

I also use as a placemat for my elderly mother. Now she doesn't have to panic if she knocks over her glass of juice or if something drops off of her plate.

I have put one in my cabinet where I store a large gallon can of olive oil so anything I don't catch that runs down the side will not leave an oily mess in the cabinet. I have one under my sink to store household cleaners and rags on. The raised sides contain any spills or drips there too and the raised sides do not interfere with the drains and disposal like a bucket does.

I pop them into the dishwasher if I think they need a thorough cleanup or just rinse them off with soapy water and a little vinegar or bleach and they are ready to use!

"I love the Chop Keeper!", I love this product! My counters are always clean, no matter who is in the kitchen. My son's like to make a mess with cereal and coco mix, but the Chop Keeper's raised sides keep everything contained, no more Cheerio's under the toaster. My husband likes to chop and marinate the meat for the BBQ, one tray does it all from start to finish. I love to chop up different cheeses, I add crackers and use it as a serving tray. Receiving 3 in a set is perfect, I always have one for whatever the need may be, one for chopping vegetables, one for meat and one as a serving tray. I ordered extra sets for place mats and to keep on the counter tops!

"The best chopping board I have ever bought.", I ordered these chopping boards and couldn't be happier. I love them!!
I use it for everything, cutting fruits, and vegetables, I use it as a tray to carry meats, and utensils to the bbq. It folds a bit so I can pour items into a bowl. I also use it to roll dough, it doesn't stick and makes it so easy to make cookie dough, pie dough, pizza dough...The best!!!! I love it so much, I can't live without it now. Great colors and also diswasher safe.

"not great, but at least they're cheap", They're a bit too big for washing in our dishwasher, they get scarred from normal use, and that 'flexible tray' gets white stress marks from flexing. If the multi-color pack of 3 is a selling point, don't buy these, the three I got were all dark gray. These might be good if you just need something to use a couple times, but don't expect much beyond white marks from cutting and bending on these, they're just cheap junk.
